If I could give them a 0 I would. They are rude, and DOES NOT CLEAN your car properly. I asked for a shampoo and clearly crumbs were still on the rear floor carpet , when I asked about it they became upset and one guy made a comment that my car only cost $10000 as if it wasn’t worth being cleaned.. keep in mind I am driving a 2020 Lexus and he continued naming all the expensive cars they clean. I was trying to understand what does that have to do with you not giving proper service and good customer service. After this incident I looked at their reviews and it confirmed they are TRASH. They just half wash, your car and put Armored inside to look like it’s clean. Please don’t go there. You WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.!!

Avoid this car wash. While my mother was getting her car washed, a worker accidentally ripped the leather on her seat. The real problem, however, was how the owner handled the situation. When I brought the issue to his attention, he was immediately hostile and refused to discuss it. He became very unprofessional, using profanity and aggressively telling me to leave. He would not provide his name. A business owner should not conduct themselves this way. I advise caution before using this service, as past reviews seem to reflect a consistent lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

I keep going back and I keep being disappointed. I wish that the quality of service was better because it is right near my home. Almost $50 (including tip) for a sedan wash inside and out and clean the leaves out of the corners of my trunk only. You have to pay more for the front. I get in my car, the dirt got inside my trunk and on my stuff that I'd threw in there for my car to be vacuumed. I mentioned it to them and they tried to clean up but...it shouldn't have happened. Then, there's a spot on my back window not cleaned, dry water spots on one half of the back window which means only 1/2 was towel dried. The inside windshield was just as dirty as it was before the wash (in the center). This review isn't for them because I don't believe they care. This is for people considering going to use them. If you have a nicer car than mine, they might do a better job. I don't know. I went to a car wash on S Cobb Drive, service was not good and it took over 2 HOURS, but my car was spotless. I would rather camp out in their waiting room than continue to be disappointed.

I went today and got my car washed, it was really good considering its all by hand. The cashier was super nice and my car looked great inside and out. I was a little nervous because it was super fast but it looked great! It was only $45 for my SUV.

I had one of the most baffling and disappointing experiences at 2 Lions Car Wash yesterday. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past few years, visiting at least a dozen times and always telling friends and neighbors about the great service. That trust was completely shattered. When I pulled up in my Jeep Cherokee for the usual inside-and-out cleaning, a staff member told me the price was now $50—despite the clearly posted signage that still listed it as $40, the price I had always paid before. I politely asked about the discrepancy, and she said she'd check with her manager. What followed was surreal. The manager came over, spoke to her in Spanish, and she returned to tell me, “He knows you and doesn’t want any trouble – you need to leave.” I was stunned. I’ve never had a confrontation here, I don’t know the manager, and I have no idea why I was treated this way. It felt like they were actively trying to push me away without explanation—over a $10 price difference that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. This kind of treatment is beyond unprofessional. The fact that they chose to inflate pricing and then refuse service without cause is outrageous. I want to note that my car
